New and existing GCI Business Internet customers can get AK-Fi Work. If you have issues with your GCI Business Internet service, call us for support at 800-800-4800.

AK-Fi Work is included with GCI Business Internet at no additional charge. It comes with two free pods, though one pod is enough for most businesses. If you need more, they cost $5/month each for three or more pods

Once we confirm you have the right GCI Business Internet plan and modem, we’ll activate AK-Fi Work on your account. Then, you’ll install and set up the AK-Fi Work app using your GCI account login information.

You will need to have GCI Business Internet and a compatible modem. If your modem is not compatible, we’ll happily swap it out at no cost.

Once it’s confirmed you are on an eligible Business Internet plan and have a compatible modem, we’ll activate AK-Fi Work on your account. You will then be prompted to install and set up your AK-Fi Work application where you will log in with your GCI credentials.
