If any invoiced charges are incorrect, please notify GCI within 90 days of invoice date to ensure proper credit.
GCI will act promptly on all complaints submitted. If, after a reasonable time, your complaint has not been resolved, you may also contact the Regulatory Commission of Alaska at 907- 276-6222, or toll free at 1-800-390-2782.
Payments received at our Post Office address are processed Monday–Friday by our payment processing vendor, Wells Fargo. Payments are posted by 5:00 PM, the same day they are picked up at the Post Office. These payments appear on the customer’s account as soon as they are posted.
