If any invoiced charges are incorrect, please notify GCI within 90 days of invoice date to ensure proper credit.

GCI will act promptly on all complaints submitted. If, after a reasonable time, your complaint has not been resolved, you may also contact the Regulatory Commission of Alaska at (907) 276-6222, or toll free at (800) 390-2782.
