TheYou will not be able to login to MyGCI unless you have the most recent app version. The app should automatically update on your phone but require a manual update depending on your device settings.
In the event your device shows the app is updated but does not allow you to log in, please follow these steps:
- Uninstall the app from your device
- Reinstall the app from your device's app store
