Tyson Fick

Fishing fanatic:  A fly fisherman, former fishing guide and commercial fisherman who now works for the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI), Tyson moved to Ketchikan at the age of one and has lived in Alaska ever since.

Fish tales:  Biggest catch: a 120-pound halibut. Most memorable release: when a sea lion stole his first king salmon this season.

Fish on: “It’s gratifying to promote the Alaska seafood industry, supporting coastal communities and thousands of Alaskans who make their living from the sea.”

Whether you were born and raised in Alaska or just have the Alaska born and raised spirit, we want to hear from you.
