1. Keeping your phone number?

You’ll need the following information:

  • Current account number with your provider (Hint: find it online or in the upper right corner of your printed invoice)
  • PIN code or password on the account (Need help? Contact your current provider to get this info)

Reminder: Don’t cancel your wireless service with your current provider until your new GCI service is activated.


2. Bringing over your current phone?

No problem! You’ll need to “unlock” your existing phone from your current provider before you can use it with GCI services.
