Many technical issues with mobile phones can be resolved with one of these two simple steps. Try these before you call technical support:
1. Do a full restart on the phone.
Typically, this is done by holding the power button down for 5 seconds and tapping on the restart option that appears on the screen.
For help restarting a specific device, visit our interactive device support tool, select your device, then search for "restarting your phone" in the field labeled "Search for a tutorial".
2. If the above step does not resolve your issue, try Reset Network Settings from your settings menu.
For help finding the Reset Network Settings option, use our interactive device support tool and navigate to your device, then search for “reset network settings” in the field labeled "Search for a tutorial field".
