How do I add a Contact?

It's easy to add contact to your MyGCI profile. Read this support article to learn how.


Is there a limit on how many family members or roommates I can add? 

No. You can add as many family members, roommates, or other individuals as you like.


What do I do if I forgot MyGCI username and/or password?

Your MyGCI Username and password are the ones you may have previously used to view your usage or log in to TV Everywhere.

Because we retired and replaced the old eBill platform, your eBill username and password will no longer work. If you only had a login for eBill, our Customer Service team is ready to help you! Please visit a local store or call us at 800-800-4800 and we'll get you set up.

 Still having trouble logging in? Try resetting your username or password.

    1. Go to MyGCI login page.
    2. Click “Forgot Password” link and enter the email address used to set up your MyGCI account.
    3. Check your email and follow the instructions to reset password.

    2. Click “Forgot Username” link and enter your email address used to register your MyGCI account.
    3. Check your email and follow the instructions to retrieve username.

I have a new email address. How do I update the email linked to MyGCI profile?

To update the email address, start by logging in to your MyGCI account.

Click on Settings in the main navigation at the top, In the Profile Settings tab, click “Edit Profile” enter your new email address, and Save.


MyGCI profile username and password won’t work. What do I do now? 

If you’ve retrieved your MyGCI username and have changed your password and you’re still not able to access your MyGCI profile, give our Customer Service team a call at (800) 800-4800.
