How do I add a Contact?

You can add a contact in easy steps, see this support article for full details.


Is there a limit on how many family members or roommates I can add? 

No. There is an unlimited number of family members and/or roommates who can be added.


What do I do if I forgot MyGCI username and/or password?

  • Forgot Password

    1. Go to MyGCI login page.
    2. Click “Forgot Password” link and enter the email address used to set up your MyGCI account.
    3. Check your email and follow the instructions to reset password.

    1. Go to MyGCI login page.
    2. Click “Forgot Username” link and enter your email address used to register your MyGCI account.
    3. Check your email and follow the instructions to retrieve username.

I have a new email address. How do I update the email linked to MyGCI profile?

To update the email address, start by logging in to your MyGCI account.

Click on Settings in the main navigation at the top, In the Profile Settings tab, click “Edit Profile” enter your new email address, and Save.


MyGCI profile username and password won’t work. What do I do now? 

If you’ve retrieved your MyGCI username and have changed your password and you’re still not able to access your MyGCI profile, give our Customer Service team a call at (800) 800-4800.
