When the going gets tough, the Berington Twins are in their element. Obsessed with mushing from a young age, the promise of adventure and a higher caliber of dog racing drew them to Alaska in 2007 where they started the Seeing Double Dog Racing kennel. Their passion is one that started out of pure love of the sport, a love for their dogs, and a yearning to shatter limits and expectations. Kristy has run the Iditarod every year since 2010, Anna since 2012. Howling wind and snow, extreme cold, thousands of miles of untamed wilderness – nothing can stand in the way of the Berington Twins pursing their passion.
