This upgrade will simplify the way you pay for phone, internet, mobile, and cable TV services and can allow you to combine bills for these accounts into one invoice and manage them all under a single MyGCI login. 

What can you expect from these exciting changes?

  • Set up your payment information and automatic payment schedule. Log in to MyGCI and enter your payment details. In the interest of your privacy and security, this information was not transferred between systems.

  • Note your new account number. Your GCI account number(s) will change. If you use this information for accounts payable or other purposes, please note changes upon receiving your new and improved GCI invoice.
