eBILL, USAGE VIEWER, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
-NOW ALL IN ONE PLACE

Alaska, we heard you and we agree. We're giving you an easier way to access and manage your GCI accounts by consolidating all your residential services into one, easy-to-read bill with a fresh new look. Plus, you'll have one single login to view your usage, manage your accounts, and pay your bill online.

THERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO KNOW AND COMPLETE BEFORE THE TRANSITION TAKES PLACE.
(if you've already done these things, you're ready to go.)

Before July 31: Register for MyGCI
    • Register a MyGCI account at My.GCI.com in order to initiate online payments after the transition.
    • Have your 5-digit security pin (CPNI) and 9-digit account code(s) handy, then follow the screen prompt to link your GCI account(s) with your MyGCI profile. For assistance retrieving your PIN, call GCI Customer Service.


Between August 1 and 3: eBill, Usage Viewer, & Account Management will be Unavailable.
    • Online bill payment will be unavailable. You will be able to pay your bill by phone or by visiting your local store (We’ll waive CSR-assisted payment fees.)
    • The usage viewer will be unavailable. Give us a call or visit a local store to inquire about data usage.


August 3: Reset Your Autopay
    • The current online payment system (eBill) will be retired and all online payments will be made through your upgraded MyGCI account.
    • You will need to re-enter your autopay information in order to continue using this payment method. This is for your security.
    • The new and improved MyGCI will provide access to view your usage. However, usage history prior to the transition will not carry over to the new system. Please contact us if you have any questions about previous usage.
