First 500 online preorders will receive free Gear VR headset powered by Oculus
ANCHORAGE, ALASKA – GCI will begin offering the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge, the most advanced smartphones in Samsung's Galaxy S line, in select retail stores across Alaska this weekend and statewide shortly thereafter. Alaskans who wish to get their new Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 edge as soon as they become available can preorder the devices online today. The first 500 GCI customers who preorder the S7 or S7 edge will receive a free Gear VR headset powered by Oculus, worth an estimated $99. Purchase required.
With GCI, provider of Alaska’s largest wireless network, the Samsung Galaxy S7 will be available starting at $25 per month for 24 months on the GCI Upgrade Now plan or $679 at retail price. The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge will be available starting at $30 per month for 24 months on the GCI Upgrade Now plan or $779 at retail price.
