• The amount of Points awarded for both bonus and monthly recurring charges varies by product.
• GCI-Atmos Rewards Program points will be credited to the Atmos Rewards membership on record at the time of award processing.
• Any points will be issued in the name of an individual Program member and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Customers of the Program who are eligible for bonus points are limited to one bonus award per product per year for the qualifying activity.
• In the event of a disputed award benefit or points accrual, GCI or any GCI-Atmos Rewards Program partner’s liability will be limited to the equivalent of the denied accrual or benefit.
• Points will be accrued only to the Atmos Rewards Program account of the individual who is enrolled in the Program and who is authorized to make changes and updates to the enrolled GCI account. Pooling or combining of points by different individuals (including family and household members) is prohibited.
• Accrued points or bonus points do not constitute personal property of the Customer. Neither accrued points or bonus points are transferable upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise by operation of law.
• It is the responsibility of the Customer to retain copies of GCI monthly billing statements until point credit is posted and appears on an Atmos Rewards membership statement. The member must notify GCI of any discrepancies within one year of the activity date.
• Requests for un-posted points credit must include Customer name, Atmos Rewards Program account holder’s name and number, GCI account number(s) and the specific nature of the request for credit. Requests must be sent by mail, fax, or e-mail. Please allow at least two statement periods for requested credit to appear on your statement.
• Program will not award points on taxes, non-GCI surcharges, USF fees, pass-through charges, recovery fees and other fees and charges as determined by GCI.
• Program Points credits will be made to Atmos Rewards once a month and will post to the Customer’s Atmos Rewards membership statements within 8-10 weeks (during program implementation) and 4-6 weeks thereafter.
• GCI will round up to the next whole dollar for the purposes of Points awards.

• Overview

  As a GCI-Atmos Rewards Program (“Program”) customer you shall be subject to these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, as posted on our Web site at: https://www.gci.com/terms-conditions and available for review at GCI offices located at 2550 Denali Street, Suite 1000, Anchorage, AK 99503 during normal business hours. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.
  

• 1 Point for Every $1 Eligibility
  • The GCI-Atmos Rewards Program is available to individual retail customers of GCI who reside in the state of Alaska (“Customer(s)”).
  • Customers must enroll in the Atmos Rewards Program and be a Customer of an eligible GCI product (or products) to accumulate and receive points in the Program. To receive points accounts must be paid in full on or before the bill due date each month.
  • In consideration of your participation in the Program you agree to: (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as required by the Program enrollment forms, and (b) maintain and promptly update the information to keep it accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or GCI has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate, not current or incomplete, GCI has the right to suspend or terminate your Program enrollment.
  • Customers that provide incomplete enrollment information, and cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts by GCI, will not be eligible for the Program until they provide GCI complete enrollment data.
  • No more than one Atmos Rewards membership number can be associated with any GCI account.
  • Only those authorized to make changes to the respective GCI account may add, change or delete an Atmos Rewards membership number from that account.
  • Customers enrolled in the Program must be 18-years of age or older.
  • Additional charges and fees may apply.

  • Lifeline and Prepaid services do not qualify for Program benefits.

• Refer a Friend Eligibility
  • For each referred customer of a new GCI TV, internet, mobile (Lifeline and Prepaid do not qualify) or home phone connection, the referrer is eligible to receive 5,000 Atmos Rewards Points.
  • Referred customer must remain in good standing for a minimum of 60 days to be eligible after the new service is activated.
  • To be considered a new activation, the referred friend must not have had the referred service from GCI for the previous 90 days.
  • To receive points, a valid Atmos Rewards membership number is required.

  • Multiple referrals can be submitted.

• General Terms
  • GCI reserves the right to change Program terms, conditions, eligible products, award levels, bonus points or other Program elements at any time. For products that are governed by federal or state tariffs, GCI will file or post changes to the Program in accordance with the then-current regulation.
  • GCI reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in Program and marketing materials at its sole discretion. All determinations by GCI, including determinations of proper enrollment, shall be final and conclusive in each case.
  • GCI reserves the right to terminate membership in the Program, to cancel all previously accumulated points and to reverse Bonus Awards, if in GCI's sole judgment, such Customer has violated any provision of eligibility for points accumulation or other terms and conditions governing the Program.
  • GCI reserves the right to terminate the Program with advance notice.
  • At GCI's sole discretion, unusual or frivolous account activity including, but not limited to, the opening and closing of multiple, duplicate, or incomplete accounts, and/ or frequent enrollment changes, including multiple changes of Atmos Rewards account information may result in Customer termination in the Program.
  • GCI may hold contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions. The rules of these will be available for public inspection as required by then-current law.
    Program Customers are subject to federal, state, and local laws regarding taxation of or participation in frequent traveler programs.
  • GCI reserves the right to terminate Program enrollment to Customers with delinquent accounts.

  • When available from GCI, service over GCI's Digital Local Phone Service is a prerequisite. In order for a customer to receive GCI Digital Local Phone Service, additional equipment will be attached to the customer’s premise.

• Information Collection and Disclosure

  You agree that GCI may collect information concerning your use of the Program and that such information may be shared with Atmos Rewards to ensure proper administration of the program. GCI will not disclose any personally identifiable information about you to other third parties except as allowed by law, and otherwise complies with all applicable privacy laws. Customers who enroll in this Program may receive calls, e-mail, direct mail or other communications from Atmos Rewards and GCI, or our respective agents, to complete enrollment in the Program and to offer Customers additional qualifying products and/or services under the Program.

OFFICIAL RULES OF PROMOTION

THE ENTRY PERIOD FOR EACH MONTHLY DRAWING DURING 2026 OPENS AT 8:00AM ALASKA TIME ON THE 15TH OF EACH CALENDAR MONTH (JAN-DEC).

THE ENTRY PERIOD FOR EACH MONTHLY DRAWING DURING 2026 CLOSES AT 8:00PM ALASKA TIME ON THE 21ST OF EACH CALENDAR MONTH (JAN-DEC).

Eligibility

The promotion is open to all Alaska residents, 18 years or older on January 15th 2026, except the employees and their immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, and children and their spouses) of GCI, their affiliates or subsidiaries, their advertising agencies, federal or USAC-funded entities, and any other company involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of promotion materials. For this promotion, an Alaska resident is defined as an individual having either a valid Alaska Driver’s License, proof of receipt of a 2025 Alaska Permanent Fund dividend check, or a valid Alaska Voter Registration Card.

How to Participate

The promotion begins at 8:00 a.m. Alaska time on January 15, 2026 and ends at 8:00pm Alaska time on December 21 (“Entry Period”). Limit of one (1) entry per individual for the duration of the promotion. Entries must be submitted between 8:00 am Alaska time on the 15th and 8:00pm Alaska time on the 21st of each month. No purchase necessary to enter to win. Each monthly drawing is separate, and entries are not cumulative—in other words, individuals who submit an entry in any given month and do not win will not be entered to win in any following months, unless they submit another entry pursuant to these rules.

Alaska residents who take part in either social channel giveaways will receive one entry each month they enter to win by following the steps above. Participants are eligible to win each month they participate, previous winners can continue to enter to win following months and for the grand prizes in December.

PRIZE: Over the course of this promotion, GCI will draw 22 Regular Prize winners (two each month from January-November), each of which will receive an award of 100,000 Atmos Rewards points, and two Grand Prize winners (in December) who will each receive an award of 400,000 Atmos Rewards points. The value of each Regular Prize is approximately $1,666.25, and the value of the Grand Prize is approximately $6,665. Winners must have an Atmos Rewards points account to redeem the certificate. Prize value may vary depending on departure location and dates of travel. Other restrictions and blackout dates may apply. GCI will work with Alaska Airlines to have the points deposited into each winner’s account, which may take 4-6 weeks from the conclusion of the promotion. Once points are deposited, it is Winner’s responsibility to maintain compliance with Atmos Rewards points requirements. If no points are credited to an account during the first nine months after it is opened, or if an account is inactive for longer than 2 years, Alaska Airlines may close the account, delete any point balance and reassign the Atmos Rewards points number. Deleted points can be reinstated for a $75 fee for up to 1 year. Activity in an account includes redeeming a Atmos Rewards points award or accruing points in the Atmos Rewards points Program. All airport, travel taxes and any other incidental expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of winner. The Atmos Rewards points awarded herein are subject to the Conditions of Membership which govern member participation in the Atmos Rewards points Program (the “Plan”). It is Winner’s responsibility to read and understand these Conditions of Membership and to monitor the Alaska Airlines website to determine if there have been any changes. No rights of any kind accrue in the Plan except as specifically defined within the Plan. There are no additional exceptions to the Plan’s Conditions of Membership other than those stated in the Plan. Drawings

Eligibility for each week’s drawing will be determined at 8:00pm AST the night before each drawing is to occur. Winner will be selected by random drawing from all entries submitted that month. GCI will select the winners each month, in monthly drawings that will occur after entries close on the 21st of each month. GCI will announce the winners on social media over the course of the ensuing week

Odds of being awarded prizes depend upon the number of valid entries received and may change over the course of the promotion as more entries are submitted. The winners will be selected by individuals whose decisions in all matters relating to it are final. GCI reserves the right to change the entry deadline, selection method, and prizes at any time.

Award Claims

Winners will contacted by GCI via responding to the entrant’s comment on the monthly post. The winner must then contact GCI by direct message using the same social media profile they used to post the comment. Winners may also be announced using their first name, last initial, and city of residence, on GCI’s social media.

All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the promotion end date. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, GCI reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion.

In order to claim prize, each winner must confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements before prize will be awarded. Winners may also be required to show proof of age and Alaska residency as stated above and sign a written Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity/Liability Release, and provide a Taxpayer Identification Number. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from this promotion.

Resolution of Disputes

All entrants agree that any dispute concerning eligibility for participation in, or for the awards in this promotion, must be first submitted in writing to a panel of individuals representing GCI, whose decisions as to all matters related to the promotion shall be final. Any disputes brought must be filed within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the promotion. All entrants agree that GCI liability to any entrant under this promotion shall not exceed ten percent of the wholesale value of the award.

General

By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. To be bound by these rules and acknowledge and agree that the decisions rendered on behalf of GCI are final.
2. The winner hereby consents to the use of their names and/or likenesses by GCI for the purposes of advertising without any payment or other compensation.
3. Any tax liability is solely the responsibility of the winner. Winners may subject to federal, state, and local laws regarding taxation of or participation in frequent traveler programs and are solely responsible for compliance with such laws.
4. In the event of unavailability of the above stated awards, GCI reserves the right to substitute an award of comparable value. GCI reserves the right to correct errors in media announcement or printed materials in conjunction with this promotion.
