Frequently Asked Questions

5G coverage and 4G LTE mobile service improvements have begun in the most densely populated and heavily frequented areas of the Mat-Su. Once these areas have 5G service, we will begin to fill in the gaps in other residential areas until upgraded network coverage is widespread throughout The Valley. Coverage upgrades have already begun and are expected to continue through 2023. Check our coverage map for the latest updates ➔
