Steps for resetting your password

Go to the MyGCI login page.
Click “Forgot Password” link and enter your MyGCI username.
Check that your username is correct and follow the instructions to reset password.

Steps to recover your username

Go to the MyGCI login page.
Click “Forgot Username” link and enter your email address used to register your MyGCI account.
Check your email and follow the instructions to retrieve username.
