In most cases, a certified replacement device costs hundreds of dollars less than new replacement device.

To make a replacement request, call ProtectCELL at 877-775-3274 or visit them at protectcell.com. Another device will be sent as soon as possible.

You must sign up for a protection plan within 30 days of your device purchase in order to be eligible. There is a limit of two claims in each 12-month period, and requsts must be made within 60 days of an incident.
