Using the mobile security Locate Application, you’ll be able to remotely locate and lock your device. Alerts depend on the device manufacturer and can include the ability to trigger an audible alert or the ability to remotely erase their data if necessary.

The Backup Application enables you to back up contacts, photos, videos, music and even text messages to a secure location. You can access your information at any time from the web-based dashboard and either restore your data to another device or export it to your computer.
Identity Theft Protection

Replacing Your Device

We offer a hassle-free request process, so another device gets out to you as fast as possible. There is a limit of 2 requests within any consecutive 12-month period, but there are no pre-set value limits.
How Much Will a Repair or Replacement Request Cost Me?
$50 for Basic Phones
$125 for Smartphones
$199 for Premium smartphones and tablets
Must sign up for plans within 30 days of date of device purchase. Limit of 2 claims per year. Repair and replacement requests must be made within 60 days of an incident.
