The Handset Protection Program is available to any customer at any time. However, there is a 30 day waiting period to file a claim if you don’t sign up the day you purchase your new phone.
$6.49 per month for Coverage – Loss, Theft and Incidient/Accident Related Damage (normal wear & tear and cosmetic damage to equipment is not covered). Malfunction and Mechanical/Electrical failure covered only when occurring outside the Manufacturer’s
Warranty period.
Claim Limits
$2,000 per Named Insured or a maximum of two (2) equivalent replacements (whichever comes first,) within a 12-month period beginning with the date of the first loss.
Reporting a Claim
Call eSecuritel at 1-866-249-3781 Claims must be reported within 60-days of an incident, if accident-related Claims may be filed 7 days a week from 8am-11pm EST by calling the eSecuritel Customer Care center. Detailed claim information here.
