- A GCI TV subscription.
If you’re unsure what GCI TV package you’re subscribed to, you can always call us at
(800) 800–4800 to verify. And if you’re not currently a GCI TV customer, we encourage you to sign up. You’ll save even more money when you add TV to your GCI package.
- Your MyGCI profile username and password.
If you’ve forgotten your MyGCI username or password, check out our support document for instructions. If you don’t have a MyGCI profile login, you’ll need to create one, which you can do here.
- An Internet connection.
To use GCI GO, you’ll need a secure, high-speed Internet connection on the device you want to use. If you’re not currently a GCI Internet customer, we suggest you sign up to qualify for a package rate and reduced overage fees.
Once you have a GCI TV subscription that includes the channel you’d like to stream, your MyGCI profile username and password and an Internet connection you are ready for instant access to your favorite shows.
