Requirements:

  • Customer-leased or owned endpoint.
  • Current Manufacturer maintenance contract on endpoint (required for equipment replacements and software upgrades). If current maintenance status is unknown, GCI can check the status of manufacturer maintenance and provide quotes.
  • Access to the network for management or troubleshooting.

Priced per endpoint; discounts available above five endpoints. Onsite support is not included. If you would like in-person support, it will be priced separately under a professional services agreement.
