MyGCI Forgotten Password or Username

Steps for Resetting Your Password

  1. Navigate to the MyGCI login page.
  2. Beside Password, click on the “Reset it” link.
  3. On the Forgot your Password page, enter your MyGCI Login username and click “Continue”.
  4. An email from noreply@gci.com will be sent to the email account on record for your username with a link to reset your password . If you cannot access that email account, please contact GCI for further assistance.
  5. The link will take you to the Reset your Password Screen.
  6. Enter your new password. Then, enter the new password again to confirm.
    • Password must be between 6 to 30 characters
    • Password cannot start with a number
    • Must contain at least one (1) upper case (capital) letter
    • Must contain at least one (1) lower case letter
  7. Press “Submit”.
  8. Log into your MyGCI account, with your username and your new password.

Steps to Recover your Username

  1. Navigate to the MyGCI login page.
  2. Next to Username, click on the “Retrieve it” link.
  3. On the Forgot Your Username page, enter the email address associated with your MyGCI account and click “Continue”.
  4. If the email address matches our records, you will see a confirmation screen and will receive an email from noreply@gci.com containing your MyGCI username.
