Important information regarding your Lifeline Service:

The FCC requires every Lifeline customer to re-certify their eligibility each year. If you do not re-certify every year, you will be disconnected from Lifeline service.

Here’s how to update your eligibility status:

The online re-certification form is temporarily unavailable. To re-certify your eligibility, please visit your nearest GCI retail store. One of GCI’s Customer Service Representatives will provide you with the appropriate paperwork to complete.
