Is there a limit on how many family members or roommates I can add? 

Yes. You can add up to ten family members or roommates. To add a family member or roommate, click here.

 

What do I do if I forgot MyGCI username and/or password?

To retrieve your MyGCI username, go here and type in the email address you used when you created your MyGCI profile. You’ll receive an email with the username you initially signed up with.

To retrieve your MyGCI password, go here and type in your MyGCI username. You’ll receive an email with instructions for changing your password.

I have a new email address. How do I update the email linked to MyGCI profile?

To update the email address linked to your MyGCI profile, start by signing in to your MyGCI profile.

Immediately under the top of Your Profile Summary, you’ll see the Edit Profile option.

Click on Edit Profile, then enter your new contact email, confirm your email by entering it a second time, then hit the Update Profile button.

 

MyGCI profile username and password won’t work. What do I do now? 

If you’ve retrieved your MyGCI username and have changed your password and you’re still not able to access your MyGCI profile, give our Customer Service team a call at (800) 800-4800.
