GCI’s handset insurance is provided by eSecuritel. A claim can be opened though eSecuritel’s customer care center by calling (866) 249-3781. eSecuritel’s hours of operation are:
- Monday: Saturday, 4am – 5pm AST
- Sunday: 8am – 5pm AST
You will need the following information when talking to eSecuritel:
- Phone make and model
- Your address on file with GCI
- Credit or Debit card to pay deductible
- Description of damage to handset or loss of handset
