All of GCI’s products with usage, except Wireless voice minutes, are now available at one location, with your MyGCI login. If you do not have a MyGCI login, you can create one online or by calling GCI technical support. (1-800-800-4800)
Login
1. There are several ways to log into the GCI web site Usage Viewer. Demonstrated below is the easiest method. Go to GCI’s home page at http://www.gci.com

2. Click on View My Usage, located on the top utility menu bar.

3. You will see the MyGCI login page.
- Information about MyGCI is located on the Article titled What is a MyGCI account, located at: http://www.gci.com/kb/what-is-a-mygci-account

4. Enter your MyGCI username, and password. Press Login or the enter key.

5. The first time you log into the new Usage Viewer, you will see an explanation screen. You will have the option of reading about GCI’s new Usage Viewer or going straight to your account.

- Click on the Take a quick tour link to learn about the new Usage Viewer. In the future, when you login, you will go straight to your account. If you wish to review this screen it will be available under the Help Tab
- Click on the I want to get started link to go straight to your account information.
Overview Link
The Overview page provides a quick look at the usage services on your account.

If you have Shared Data Plans, you will see those plans on the Overview rather than the Wireless Numbers.

To get more information on these services, you click on the Services & Usage link on the menu.
Services & Usage Link
1. Clicking on the Services & Usage link on the top menu bar provides the ability obtain more detail about your different GCI services.

2. When clicked, it will default you to the Shared Data Plans or Wireless Services depending on your account. This displays the Wireless Services on your account, note; when an area is displayed, that product link is not available on the menu bar.

Shared Data Plans
1. Clicking on the Shared Mobile link will display your shared data plans.

2. Clicking on a plan will display the At A Glance Page. On this screen you can see the data each wireless number on the shared plan is using. If you hover you mouse over the displayed Pie Chart a pop-up will provide the phone number, amount of data used and the percent of data that wireless device has used.

3. Clicking on the Current Detail will provide the break-out of usage for each wireless number on this Shared Data plan.

4. Clicking Billed Usage will display this history of usage on the Share Data Plan.

Wireless Tab
1. After clicking on the Services & Usage tab or clicking on the Wireless Data tab, your Wireless data information is displayed. This information is your wireless data usage; wireless minutes usage is not available at this time.

2. Clicking on the Wireless Number provides more detail about that number.

3. You have more screens to see the data usage for a wireless number. The first screen is At A Glance. It provides a pie chart of the current usage, and basic information about that service. (Note: Internet Explorer Web Browsers, Version 7.X or 8.X will not see the pie chart on this screen or the graph on the Current Detail screen. This is a known issue with charting library.)

4. Clicking on the Current Detail tab provides information concerning usage during the current billing period.

5. Clicking on the Billed Usage (formerly Historical) tab will allow you to see a summary of past billing periods.

6. On the Billed Usage (formerly Historical) tab, you will see some arrows next to some of the billing periods. Clicking on an arrow will display the daily usage for that billing period. This feature will normally be available for the past three (3) billing periods as the information is gathered.

7. Clicking on an arrow displays the detail for the past billing period.

Internet Services Tab
The Internet tab will allow you to view your Internet services which use data. This includes cable modem, WISP, Rural Broadband, or long distance dial-up usage. Your Internet services are identified by a Service ID. Service IDs are:
- Internet Device: A series of digits called a MAC
- Long Distance Dial Up: Your dial up username
Note: The account in the screen shots below only had a cable modem under Internet Services. If you have any of the other services they would be displayed.
1. Under the Services & Usage, click on the Internet tab.

2. Clicking on the Service ID for the Internet Device (MAC) provides more detail about the data used.

3. The At A Glance page displays providing a pie chart of the current data usage and basic information relating to the service (in this example a cable modem). (Note: Internet Explorer Web Browsers, Version 7.X or 8.X will not see the pie chart on this screen or the graph on the Current Detail screen. This is a known issue with charting library.)

4. Clicking on the Current Detail tab, displays the current daily data usage for the current billing period.

5. Clicking on the Billed Usage (formerly Historical) tab, provides a monthly summary of past billing periods.

6. On the Billed Usage (formerly Historical) tab, some billing periods have an arrow on the right hand side. This will normally be for the last three billing periods, once the information is gathered.

7. Clicking on one of the arrows, will display the daily use information for that billing period.

8. Click on a menu item to navigate to another screen.
Examples would be to click on Billed Usage Summary, Overview, Services & Usage, Notifications or Log out.

Long Distance Service Tab
To view your Long Distance usage, please use the following steps.
1. From the Service & Usage tab, click on the Long Distance tab.

2. That provides a quick summary of information. For more detail click on the Long Distance phone number.

3. You will then see information on the At A Glance screen. This view provides a pie chart of your LD usage, and some basic information about the service. (Note: Internet Explorer Web Browsers, Version 7.X or 8.X will not see the pie chart on this screen. This is a known issue with charting library.)

4. Clicking on the Current Detail tab will provide information on the current billing period.

5. Clicking on the Billed Usage (formerly Historical) tab, displays summary information of past billing cycles.

6. On the Billed Usage (formerly Historical) tab, some billing periods have an arrow on the right hand side. This will normally be for the last three billing periods, once the information is gathered.

7. Clicking on an arrow displays the detail for the past billing period.

8. Click on the Menu tab to navigate to a new screen.
Profiles Tab
The Profile tab displays the MyGCI profile(s). This is the MyGCI profile, it is not your email address or e-Bill login.

1. After clicking on the Profile tab, you will see your profile. If you have full access to the account you may see multiple profiles. If you have Limited access you will only see the profile you are currently logged in with.

2. To Edit a profile click on the word edit.

3. Complete the screen to change the password, enter the password twice and click the Update Profile button.

Notifications Link
Note: This feature is not initially available, but will be coming soon.
1. Click on the Notifications tab on the menu bar, to view past notifications.

2. That will display a list of the past notifications. Note: These notifications were sent to a location based on informational records associated with your account. If you did not receive these notifications, please contact GCI to update the appropriate records. Notifications are sent as a courtesy. You are still responsible for any usage billing, even if you were unaware or do not receive the service notification.

Help Link
1. Clicking on the Help tab, will display topics you may view by clicking on an item.
