I have an iPhone and I’m having trouble signing in. Why is this happening?

GCI GO is only supported on the iPhone 3GS and above. If you do not have an iPhone 3GS or higher, you won’t be able to access GCI GO.

 

How do I deactivate GCI GO on my iPhone or iPad?

You don’t have to worry about deactivating GCI GO on your iPhone or iPad. Because it’s a courtesy service, GCI GO is there if you want it, but you’re not required to use it. If you’ve downloaded any of the channel-specific apps, like HBO GO or MAX GO, you’ll simply need to delete them from your iPhone or iPad to remove.
