How can I provide feedback or suggestions for GCI TV Classifieds?

When will my ad run?
You can watch your ad on the GCI Channel in the location that you selected during the following times: 7 days a week from 6 a.m. – Noon, from 6 a.m. – Noon, from 4 – 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 4 – 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

What channel will my ad be on?
GCI TV channel #1.

How do I cancel my ad?
Upon submission for broadcast, and payment acceptance, no ads may be changed or cancelled by the user. By clicking “Broadcast My Ad” you agree to full payment regardless if (a) item(s) for sale are sold prior to end date of ad, (b) your televised ad does not meet your satisfaction, or (c) other circumstances arise. You may remove your ad from broadcast rotation by contacting us at gcitvclassifieds@gci.com; however no partial or full credit will be issued by GCI.

How can I renew my ad?
Once you’ve submitted an ad, you will receive an email receipt with your ad attached as a jpg file that you will need to save on your computer. When you are ready to run your ad again, using the GCI TV Classifieds interface, choose “I Already Have an Ad” option and follow the steps for submitting your ad for broadcast. Future development plans include making this an automatic option during the ad submittal process.

Why do you need my email address?
GCI requires a valid email address as a way to provide you with a proof of purchase and a copy of your ad. Refusal to provide a valid email address constitutes forfeiture of any refunds or basis for disputes of any nature.

Can I reuse my ad at a later time?

How long will my ad be on the screen?
Ads will rotate at 10 second intervals each. Your ad will run a minimum of 40 times per day, 7 days a week.

Can I change my ad once it has been submitted?

Billing

Can you bill my GCI account for ad services?
At this time, only online credit card payments can be accepted. We are unable to accept cash, pre-payments, or pre-billing to GCI accounts.

How can I request a refund?
You may request a refund by writing to us at: gcitvclassifieds@gci.com

What are the rates for advertising on the GCI Channel?
Prices as low as $16 for 3 days. Published rates are subject to change at the sole discretion of GCI.

Are there taxes that apply?
Depending on the location you choose, there may be municipal or borough taxes that apply. These charges will be detailed on your receipt when applicable.

What credit cards are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB and Diner’s Club/Carte Blanche.

Troubleshooting

Why can’t I move on to the next page?
When building your ad, you must complete all required actions for each step. For example, you must choose a background and a layout to continue to next page. When both steps are completed, you will see a “Continue” button at the bottom of the page.

I’ve entered a title, but I cannot move on to the next page, what happened?
When building your ad, you must complete all required actions for each step. For example, when you choose a layout with a title and text, you must enter a title and text to continue to next page. When both steps are completed, you will see a “Continue” button at the bottom of the page.

Can I use my own background when building an ad?
Not at this time. Future development plans include offering many more background choices together with custom choices for special occasions. Other feature enhancements include offering more font choices as well as font colors.

Why won’t my picture display?
All picture files must be in jpg or jpeg format. No other files types are supported.

Public Service Announcements cannot be submitted using the GCI TV Classifieds online user interface. Please click here for more information.
