Three Way Calling
GCI Three-Way Calling lets you talk with two people at once.
Benefits and Features
GCI Three-Way Calling lets you speak to two people in two different locations anywhere in the world. You could be thousands of miles apart, or in three
different places in the same community.
You may connect a third person to your conversation at any time, regardless of who called whom. Talk with two friends or family members at the same time,
or more efficiently discuss projects and scheduling by getting that third person directly on the line.
Save time and money by getting everything sorted out in a single call.
How Three Way Calling Works
When you're on the line with one person and want to add a third person to the call, quickly press and release the hang-up button. You'll hear a second
dial tone. Dial the number of the third person. When that second call connects, press the hang-up button again and now all three of you will be able to talk
to one another.
Be sure to hang-up for at least two seconds between calls if you don't want to use the Three-Way Calling feature. That two-second hang-up tells the
network you want to end one call and begin a new one. If you hang-up quickly, a stuttered dialtone sound instead of normal dialtone tells you that you have
begun a Three-Way Call.
