Is Digital Cable the same thing as HDTV (HIGH-DEFINITION TV)?

HDTV refers to a type of digital cable that is at a higher-resolution than Digital Cable. In order to receive HDTV, an "HDTV-capable" television set and an HDTV converter are required.
