Description:
GCI's call accounting provides information that allows you to analyze your long-distance costs efficiently.
With different codes, using two to eight digits, you can easily identify all long-distance calls to be billed to clients, projects, departments or
employees. You assign numeric codes to your clients, projects, departments or employees. Each time you make a long-distance call, enter the appropriate code
after you dial the number.
Your GCI invoice will detail your calls by account codes and a simple summary page allows for easy reconciliation of your monthly bills. This service is
available for the just $5 per month regardless of the number of codes you have.
Custom Invoicing
With GCI's custom invoicing your calling information is customized to your company's specific needs. We'll group your calls by telephone number,
authorization code, department or location on your monthly invoice.

Our toll free 800, 888 and 877 numbers allow your customers and employees to contact you at low inbound rates from anywhere in Alaska, Hawaii, the Lower
48 or Canada. Most GCI calling plans also include inbound toll-free calling at the same low plan rate as your direct-dialed calls, or you can choose GCI's
Universal 800 service.
With GCI toll-free service, there's no need to change your number and no special lines or equipment required. You can choose options to restrict inbound
calls from certain areas and get reports showing from where your toll free calls are coming.
